I feel while running behind the trends we somewhere got lost. There were lots and lots of basic stuff our grandparents used to practice. Instead of climbing stairs , we prefer elevator but we go to the gym… I know, I know, everybody does that… but in the process of easing our life, we ended up making it even more difficult. Or may be just to save time, yet we don’t have any time left for us… So, let’s find some time for yourself and start this journey with me… Every little thing makes a difference.
