Instant Whole Wheat Cake

Ingredients for this delicious cake:

• Wheat flour – 3/4th cup
• Powdered sugar – 4 spoons
• Curd – 1 spoon
• Oil – 2 spoon
• Baking Powder – 1/2 spoon
• Baking soda – 2 pinch
• Salt – 2 pinch
• Milk as required

Mix Powdered sugar, curd and oil in a bowl. Keep stirring until it forms a smooth paste…

Further add wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Give it a good mix again…

Then add Milk slowly, to form a smooth paste with a bit thick consistency. make sure, to remove all the lumps…

Now take a bowl and spread oil in it. Pour the batter in the bowl and keep in the microwave for 8-10 minutes.. Check using a toothpick if baked from inside.

You can also use pressure cooker to bake. It might take 20-30 minutes. Keep checking every 10 minutes till cooked..

I used Nutella as icing and have top up with some nuts. Tastes delicious.
