Hello there, so here is my first blog on a recipe of super easy and quick cold coffee.. yayy…
Well, I am not going to talk too much like I always do 😀
Here is the list of Ingredients required for coffee for two:
- Instant coffee – 2 spoons
- Milk – 2 Cups
- Blender
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate syrup / melted Chocolate – Just as much you like, may be 2 Spoons
- Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional BUT this is going to add amazing flavor and creamy texture, so choice is yours 🙂 ) – 2 small scoops
So, here we go…
Take 2 spoons of instant coffee and two spoons of water, give it a mix.
Add the mixture to the blender/mixer.

Add 2 spoons of chocolate syrup, I was out of that so added some melted chocolate instead..

Add two cups of milk and two spoon powdered sugar… and start the blender…
Add Milk
Furthermore, Add some ice cubes and vanilla ice cream and start the blender again..
and that’s it coffee is ready 🙂
Pour into the glass and garnish with some whipped cream and choco powder… 😃
And yes yes… I also used melted chocolate to decorate the glasses before pouring the coffee, you can use chocolate syrup and it will turn out to be beautiful and also give it a delicious flavor while sipping it… 😸

Lessons Learned:
You will not face any problems as such with this recipe, just do not use blender for a very long time, only a minute is enough each time…
